This image was mean to provide the architexct and the client with an early look at the proposed college development. It is emant to be particularry acurate, and certainly not photoreal, but more emotional as it conveys a feel for the building and its impact on the environment.

With this image I'm trying to find the balance between a subtle, delicate image and the need to use the image to convey certain information and 'sell the scheme'.
The building itself is modeled and rendered in Max & Vray, whilst the landscape is taken from dozens of site photos, with lots of post work in Photoshop

We eventually had the image printed and mounted on watercolour papaer and framed
